Unlike standard rental shops, our fleet consists exclusively of 2025 and 2026 models. Furthermore, our founder is a professional motorcycle mechanic with 30 years of experience. Every bike undergoes a rigorous safety inspection before it reaches your hands to ensure it is in showroom condition.

Do I need a special license?

EU Citizens: Your national plastic license is sufficient.
Non-EU Citizens: You must carry a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside your national license.
I’m not a very experienced rider. Can I still join a tour?
Our Thessaloniki City Tours are designed to be accessible, but you must be comfortable operating a scooter in urban traffic. If you are unsure, come by the shop 15 minutes early! As a veteran traveler, I can give you a quick "pro-tip" session to get you comfortable.
Do you provide driver for pilion rides
You can join our city guided tour with Ride'n'Kiss even if you don't have the experience and liscense for self drive our bikes. We offer profetioal drivers that can even pick you up from your accommodation in order to join the tour.

What happens if it rains?
Thessaloniki is usually sunny, but if the weather is unsafe for riding, we offer two options: we can reschedule your tour for a later time/date, or provide a full refund. Safety is our #1 priority.
How many people are in a group for the Multiday Tours?
To keep the experience personal and safe, we limit our guided tours drom 4 to 8 bikes. Always according to the level of difficulty of the tour. This allows our lead guide/mechanic to give everyone individual attentionand ensures we stay together as a cohesive group.

What if I have a mechanical issue during my rental?
Because our bikes are brand new and master-maintained, breakdowns are extremely rare. However, if anything feels "off," you have direct access to our founder's 30 years of mechanical expertise. Just call us, and we will either fix it on the spot or swap your bike immediately.
Is it safe to park a scooter in Thessaloniki?
Thessaloniki is a rider-friendly city! We will show you the best spots to park near the White Tower, Ladadika, and the Ano Poli. We also provide heavy-duty locks with every rental for your peace of mind.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals to cover potential damages or traffic fines. This can be held on a credit card or left in cash and is returned immediately upon the safe return of the vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
72 Hours+ Notice: Full refund.
Less than 48 Hours: 50% of the booking fee is retained.
- Less than 24 or No-shows: No refund. We are flexible communicate with us as soon as possible!
